Machine description

The discontinuous horizontal single-shaft mixers are constituted by a mixing chamber complete with a loading mouth
a discharge mouth with valve and a venting outlet, a mixing shaft, two plates closing the endsof the chamber
where are placed the bearing complete with adjustable shaft sealing, and a drive unit complete with power transmission. 
Mixing tools in the form of inclined blade rotate in a particular arrangement on the central shaft within the horizontal chamber.

Box feeder used overhauled made with a strong metallic carpentry dimension 1200 x 6000 mm.
Metallic chaine with tapered steel plates.
Drive system with hydraulic motors coupled with gear reducer.
Picker shaft system not installed.
