SPARE PARTS
The plate is a tempered chrome alloy covering.
The plate must be fitted on the rotor of the bar crushers, its role is to avoid the wear of the rotor
with the simple replacement of the screwed-on plates,
the function of the machine is optimized and maintenance is facilitated.
The plates are available in modular dimensions to allow fitting on all the main machines
available on the market.
The very high resistance special steel wire for the cutting of bricks is present in two categories:
Pre-stressed Wire and Braid Wire. Our packaging is in a boxes of 10 reels each.
The minimum order is one box.
METALLIC CHAIN
built in series for all models of box feeder.
Realized with certified chain with breaking load of kg. 44.000.
Sliding wheels chain cemented and hardened, mounted on bushes,
pins worked and fixed with anti-rotation system.
Blades convex of great thickness, reinforced on the lower side with UPN iron to 80 mm,
intermediate wheels cemented and hardened, variable in number depending of the width of the blade.
SPECIAL METALLIC CHAINE
for conveyor belts, realized with certified chain to breaking load of kg. 8000,
Polyurethane sliding wheel mounted with bearings,
convex blades of great thickness reinforced on the lower side with U iron profiled.
