MACHINE DESCRIPTION

The bar disintegrator chops the clods previously reduced by the crusher to further reduce them. For an optimal function it is necessary to feed the machine distributed over the entire width of the cylinders, obtainable with a belt of adequate width and equipped with a clay leveller. particularly suitable for the treatment of very dry clays, as it offers a higher quality disintegration.

DESCRIPTION

Le désintégrateur à barrettes émiette les mottes précédemment broyées par le broyeur afin d’en réduire ultérieurement la dimension.
Pour une fonction optimale, il faut que l’alimentation de la machine soit distribuée sur toute la largeur des cylindres, et cela est possible à l’aide d’une bande ayant une largeur adéquate et étant pourvue d’un niveleur d’argile.
La machine est particulièrement indiquée pour le traitement des argiles très sèches, parce qu’elle offre une désagrégation de qualité supérieure.

Il disintegratore a barrette sminuzza le zolle precedentemente ridotte dal frantumatore per ridurle ulteriormente.
Per una funzione ottimale è necessario una alimentazione della macchina distribuita su tutta la larghezza dei cilindri, ottenibile con un nastro di larghezza adeguata e dotato di livellatore di argilla.
La macchina è particolarmente indicata per il trattamento delle argille molto asciutte, in quanto offre una disgregazione di maggiore qualità.
